När man ser Peerutin Architects villa i Camps Bay, Kapstaden så önskar man sig ett par extra miljoner och en tomt i Sydafrika. Villan ligger i området Camps Bay, som är ett av Kapstadens lyxigaste förorter, fyllt med stora villor. Vet inte så mycket mer om villan än att det byggdes 2004, är 550 kvm stor och att det har raka och rena former. Massa bilder efter hoppet…

   If only the sellers could afford to hire the fifteen or so security guards who might prevent the murderous assaults from over the fifteen-foot high wall, the car-jackings which plague Cape Town & Johannesburg, the rapes, robberies and a few of the 27,000 murders per year from taking place in the immediate vicinity of this fabulous property, they might stand a chance of selling one of these white elephants to an unsuspecting American who hasn’t seen either t.v. news, or read a newspaper for the last ten years!

   Funnily enough most of the high end residential sales in that area are to local buyers….and we put in a discreet but highly effective secutity system into the house so no need for 15 bodyguards (at least not while at home)
