House and Donut

House / Takayuki Nakabayashi

Regular readers of this blog knows that I like coffee. But I don’t like all coffee, I don’t like coffeemaker coffee! It’s perhaps because its always too hot or I’m just ruined by all the cups of horrible office brewed coffee I’ve been forced to endure during endless meetings. But after having traveled Indochina I’m starting to developed a taste for single cup drip coffees. Sure in Indochina you get it strong and sweeten with condensed milk, but the brewing method is pretty much the same. So, I think it’s time for a post about a nice single cup drip solution. The coffee measurer above and the drip brewer after the jump are both designed by japanese designer Torch, real name Takayuki Nakabayashi. Simple and clean, just as I like it!

Jag blir så glad att du så sakteligen börjar komma igång med droppkaffet.

How cute! The coffee scoop almost reminds me of a pipe actually 😉
