British furniture producer Deadgood has release Working Girl, a wonderful workshop stool designed by talented David Irwin. The stool has a simple lacquered beech seat, red powder coated steel frame and brass fixture and Working Girl is more or less a reinterpretation of the simple workshop stools that can be found in many workshops around the world. But I’m pretty sure that the stools it’s been modeled after didn’t cost £216 (about 2255 SEK). But we all know that good design and quality doesn’t come cheap.
