Studio Hansen (Anders Hansen) is much like me fascinated with city grids. Sometimes they from strict geometry patterns but mostly they are chaotic and seemingly designed by stoned spiders. Anders Hansen’s hometown Oslo is a bit chaotic in its grids, but you can of course turn chaos into great design. In this case ceramic coasters that get their shapes from six of Oslo’s neighborhoods (Majorstuen, Parkveien, Sentrum, Kvadraturen, Sentrum Øst and Grünerløkka). They have all been printed on a 3D-printer and can be bought here.
